The RS3 Skiller Hiscores is the only RuneScape 3 leaderboard dedicated to Level 3 Skillers — accounts that keep every combat skill at level 1 while training all non-combat skills. Jagex's official RS3 hiscores does not separate Skillers from regular accounts, which makes head-to-head comparison impossible without a dedicated tracker.
RuneStats auto-detects Skillers on every player refresh. Any account with Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged, Magic, Prayer, Summoning, and Necromancy at level 1, plus Constitution at level 10 or below, is classified as a Level 3 Skiller and added to this leaderboard. The classification updates automatically — players who later gain a combat level drop off, and new Skillers appear as soon as they are refreshed.

How RS3 Skiller rankings work
Every skiller on this board is ranked by their overall standing across all 20 non-combat skills on the official RS3 Hiscores. We take your Hiscores rank in each of the 20 skills and combine them into a single score — and like a Hiscores rank, a lower score is better. To appear at all you must be ranked in every one of the 20 non-combat skills; skillers still working toward a rank in one or more skills join the board as soon as they're ranked everywhere.
We don't use a plain average, because a plain average is dragged down by your single worst skill — one skill you've only just started could sink an otherwise elite skiller. Instead we use a balanced average (a geometric mean) that rewards ranking highly across many skills and softens the effect of one outlier. In practice, a skiller who is consistently strong everywhere will out-rank one who sits near the top in most skills but far down in a single late-started skill.
Scores always use your current Hiscores ranks, so the board stays accurate as ranks shift over time, and it updates every time the account is refreshed. Total non-combat XP is shown next to each skiller as a secondary measure — most useful at the very top, where skillers have maxed every skill and their ranks are what set them apart.
What counts as a Level 3 Skiller
The detection criteria match the community-accepted definition: Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged, Magic, Prayer, Summoning, and Necromancy must all be level 1, and Constitution must be level 10 or lower. Detection runs on every refresh against the official RS3 hiscores, so the leaderboard reflects current account state — not historical claims.
Adding your Skiller to the leaderboard
Search your RSN on the homepage and click Refresh. If the account meets the criteria, it appears on the Skiller Hiscores within a minute. There is no application or signup — the leaderboard is populated automatically from any refresh of a qualifying account.

- What is a Level 3 Skiller in RuneScape 3?

- Skillers are ranked by their overall standing across all 20 non-combat skills on the official RS3 Hiscores — specifically the geometric mean of their rank in each skill (lower is better). Geometric mean is used so that being well-ranked across many skills counts for more than a single strong skill, and one late-trained skill does not dominate the score. Only skillers ranked in all 20 non-combat skills appear, and rankings reflect current Hiscores positions, updating on every refresh. Players who later gain a combat level are automatically removed on their next refresh.
- Why isn't my RS3 account on the Skiller Hiscores?
- Your account is only included once it has been refreshed at least once on RuneStats and confirmed to meet the Level 3 Skiller criteria. Search your RSN on the homepage and click Refresh to add yourself. Combat-level-3 accounts appear on the leaderboard within a minute of refresh.
- How is this different from the official Jagex hiscores?
- Jagex's official RS3 hiscores does not separate Skillers from regular accounts — Level 3 Skillers compete in the same Overall leaderboard as maxed combat players, which makes Skiller-vs-Skiller comparisons impossible. RuneStats is the only RS3 tracker that auto-detects and segregates Skillers into their own dedicated leaderboard.
- Does Constitution count toward Skiller XP?
- Yes. Constitution XP earned passively (e.g. from food healing) is included in total Skiller XP. The account remains classified as a Level 3 Skiller as long as Constitution stays at level 10 or below.
- How often do the Skiller Hiscores update?
- The leaderboard reflects the latest player refresh for each tracked Skiller. Free users can refresh any RSN once per minute. Premium users receive automatic snapshots every 4 hours. New Skillers appear on the leaderboard as soon as they are refreshed.
